Mark Christopher Lawrence has been nominated for two Emmy Awards for his work on the short film The Flourish and on his co-produced short $TACK$. Lawrence is a recipient of the San Diego Critics Circle’s Craig Noel Award for Outstanding Actor Of The Year. He’s a national headliner who has worked with Sinbad, Jerry Seinfeld, Rodney Dangerfield, and Jeff Foxworthy and has headlined clubs, colleges and churches all over the USA and Canada. This year Lawrence has garnered many accolades for his Lead role in a film for the holiday season “Bringing Back Christmas” streaming now on Amazon, as well as the Lead role in the PureFlix.com miniseries “Fragment:Oblivion”.
Headliner James P Connolly has appeared on America’s Got Talent, Comedy Central, HBO, in the Netflix series, “Larry Charles: Dangerous World of Comedy” and can be heard daily on SiriusXM Comedy Channels. He attended Harvard University on a Marine Corps ROTC Scholarship, and while serving in Desert Storm he was ordered to write jokes for a Colonel James recently recorded a Dry Bar Comedy Special which will be released in 2022.
Featuring The Show with Adam & Sean The SHOW with Adam & Sean are musical comedy band based out of LA. Adam Chambers is originally from San Diego and Sean Durrie is from Omaha. They have played over 800 shows together. and have headlined at clubs all over the country. They do a monthly show in LA called Another Late-Night Comedy Show with Mike Perkins where they are the house band. The have been seen on CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, NETFLIX, HULU, XBOX, DISNEY, and much more.
Opening Act Sue Shirey is a recently divorced former desperate housewife living in beautiful Coronado, CA. She’s been doing comedy for 15 years, and is lead singer in the band The Suenamis. She is founder and director of the James Shirey Foundation in memory of her son James who passed away in 2009 and has held many comedy fundraisers to benefit her foundation. Her brand of storytelling will have you laughing your arse off and fellas, she’s single ready to mingle!
TRICIA LYNN NAVAL & JOYCE MENDEZ There’s nothing like the sweet sound of the ukulele that can magically whisk you to an island paradise! Tricialynn & Joyce are a local San Diego ukulele duo that love to take popular tunes and “reggae-fy” them into beach vibe covers. Add in their powerful vocal harmonies and you’ll find yourself head bobbing to their island infused musical renditions. You can find them jamming at venues like the Olde Ye Plank in Imperial Beach and Quigley’s Fine Wines in Downtown, and with the local Coronado Ukulele Club and Kanakapila.
